Designated Set-up Times
Designated set-up times will be given; however, if you feel you need more time you may start no earlier than 11:00 a.m. on parade date. Please note that units are placed as needed and NO spots are guaranteed; however, if you have a circumstance requiring special placement, please note that in your participation form. The Parade Chairperson will make every attempt to accommodate requests for placement; however, there can be no guarantees due to placing various parade units. Parade Chairperson or designee can make line-up changes if necessary.
PLEASE keep in mind that the areas we are using for staging are local departments, and in order for us to maintain a good rapport with them, we must make all attempts to return their lots to their original state. The parade day is a busy time for all of us, and if even one unit does not clean up their area, this can cause a hardship for everyone involved. Thank you for your help and understanding in this matter.
